Christmas Eve for Campus Ministry
Christmas Eve for Campus Ministry
This year, I’m asking our churches to prayerfully consider taking up a special Christmas Eve offering to support a pressing and vital ministry need.
Several faithful Wesleyan and traditionally grounded campus ministries are facing a critical funding shortfall. Due to their faithfulness to the Gospel and their calling, these ministries are no longer receiving financial support from a previous denominational partner. This has left a significant gap in their budgets, threatening their ability to continue ministering to college students during this pivotal season of life.
Why Campus Ministry Matters
Campus ministries play a strategic role in advancing the Kingdom. They reach young adults at a transformative stage, equipping them with faith that will guide their lives and shaping the future of the Church. Supporting these ministries allows us to invest in the next generation of Christian leaders.
Who Will Benefit
Funds collected through your Christmas Eve offering will support the following campus ministries which align with Global Methodist values:
University of North Georgia, Dahlonega Campus (Dahlonega, GA)
Georgia College and State University (Milledgeville, GA)
College of Coastal Georgia (Brunswick, GA)
Georgia Southwestern State University (Americus, GA)
Valdosta State University (Valdosta, GA)
How to Give
Please discuss this opportunity with your church’s finance and leadership teams.
Offerings can be sent to:
South Georgia Conference of the Global Methodist Church
114 Harris Farm Rd
Brunswick, GA 31520
Online giving is also available.
The funds will be distributed directly to these campus ministry partners after the first of the year, helping them continue their vital mission to reach students with the hope and truth of Jesus Christ.
This is a unique opportunity for us to unite in generosity and make a tangible impact in ministries that are sowing seeds for the future of the Church.
Thank you for your prayerful consideration.
